What data we process and why

Contact details (name, phone, email) you give us through the website forms, WhatsApp or email, to answer your enquiries and manage bookings for lessons, parties, group activities and placements.

Enrolment data for camps and activities: the child's details (name, surname, date of birth, basic health details such as health card or insurer, any remarks you wish to add), the parent's or guardian's details (name, surname, ID number, phone, email, address), authorisations and signature. We use them to manage enrolment, attendance, the child's safety and care during the activity, and payment.

Images: only with your express permission, we may use photos or videos of the activities for informational and educational purposes on the website, on social media and in promotional material.

Children's data

We process the data of children under 14 only with the consent of the parent or legal guardian, who completes and signs the enrolment (Article 8 GDPR and Article 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD). Health details are requested solely to ensure the child's safety and care during the activity.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (enrolments and bookings), your consent (enquiries, images) and our legitimate interest in dealing with the messages you send us. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

How long we keep data

For as long as our relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the periods required to meet legal obligations (tax, accounting and liability). Enquiries that do not lead to any relationship are deleted within one year at most.

Who we share data with

We do not transfer data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as processors with appropriate safeguards: Google (email and Google Maps), Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (enrolment database). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@hipicasolsolet.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted communications (HTTPS), password-restricted access to the enrolment panel and providers with recognised security certifications.
