Disciplines
Four ways to compete.
Each rider picks the discipline they enjoy most. All share the same foundation: horse care and work in the arena.
Dressage
Precision, harmony and control in the three paces: walk, trot and canter. The foundation of every other discipline.
Eventing
Dressage, show jumping and cross-country in one competition. One of the most spectacular disciplines, for brave and disciplined partnerships.
Mounted games
Fast team games: agility, balance, mental strength and control of the pony. One of the few disciplines ridden as a team.
How it works
From the school to the shows.
How to get there
From the school, pupils progress by level and sit the Gallop exams of the Catalan Equestrian Federation. With the right Gallop and federation licence, they can compete in club, regional and national pony and horse shows.
Competition lessons
Dedicated competition-level groups, training Tuesday to Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, with the coaching team accompanying riders at shows.
Where we compete
From the club league to nationals.
We take part in these competitions, and the Gallops let riders move up a category and enter more demanding classes. Ask us for the season's calendar.
